CONAEDO

The National Council of Dental Education A.C. (CONAEDO) was established in April 1998 and was approved as an accrediting body by the Council for the Accreditation of Higher Education (COPAES) in 2003 to accredit higher education programs in dentistry. It is composed of representatives from the Federation. The objective is to accredit dental/stomatology educational programs offered by public and private higher education institutions that meet quality standards and indices consistent with their purposes, and for which they have the legal, technical, and administrative capacity and sufficient infrastructure to carry out their functions.
